Thanks Pamela, I'm just wrapped I have never noticed them here before, they where hanging around the salvias

That's great Cheryl You can generally hear them before you see them and now you've seen one you will probably see them everywhere

They love my Purple Tibouchina and the Crepe Myrtle and Blue Salvia the best. I have never seen one on my roses..

I am very partial to the Praying Mantis too, they are such gentle creatures.

Have never seen blue banded ones up north , maybe they don't like the heat  We have yellow banded.
