Got the same problem Cheryl I tried to dig a Nectarine tree out yesterday had to get Tony to finish it, and as for getting it over the other side of the yard I left that part to him gee was it heavy thank goodness for hubbies and trolleys..

It will probably die anyway as I only cut it out about 60 cms all the way around the trunk you should have seen the roots still left in the ground I reckon they went all the way to China, well the closest veggie bed anyway..

So its a rest day today I tell you I can hardly walk..

That frangi is a tough one and grows quickly so shouldn't give you any problems.

Fast is right Gail there is another two plants in the garden with buds on them as well.

No sign of roots on the evergreen cuttings planted in Oct this year not that I have tipped them out to look, it does not move in the pot so I am hoping..

I don't feed the ones in the ground, don't need too, but I give the pots a bit if they start to look like they need it.

Cheryl .Do look after uour back.
Don't you know sweeping in the worst thing to do if you have
a sore back .
Your back is always worse the day after treatment.Rest it.
Where do all your babies sleep.
MA I hope your back will be ok after digging out a fruit tree

No idea what to feed potted ones Cheryl do they have a slow release one with a high NPK..
They like 6.4 to 6.8 pH if that is any help ...

Its six months too late Cheryl may be best to wait till next spring now, as yours will be going dormant soon, would that be right..
