One day at a time...its certainly ok to have flat ones , and sad ones , angry ones , outraged ones , get it out and know that the next day will be different and quite possibly better and if thoughts have energy then all the love and best wishes coming to you from everyone at GD has got to be one hell of a powerful Take care, there are lessons in your ordeal for all of us

Get the camera out K and take some of those yummy pics I love to see, may not make you feel better, but we'd all love to see some, think of it as therapy

Thanks Mary-Anne.... my spirits have lifted today....there was a 'political drama'....(I can't think of any other description!!)... going on with a member of the medical profession going on which added to my stress....now resolved, thankfully. Thanks folks....your thought are much appreciated.

I really do feel for you K. What a lot to cope with. I hope the therapies are not as bad as they can be and that you are healthy and fully recovered and back in your garden soon. Positive spirits is the key I am sure.
