Darwin Sunset... Not what I expected:

This one taken after the rain a few days ago.

This one taken today..

Does not look like any kind of sunset to me.

yummy though

MA It does not do justice to a Darwin Sunset.

It is very pretty. Looks similar to the pictures of Darwin Sunset I have seen though they might be slightly pinker but yours should get darker as the plant gets older.

Knowledge is knowing a tomato is a fruit, wisdom is knowing not to use it in a fruit salad.

Thanks Cheryl I forgot to smell it as Darwin Yellow smells like Pineapple.

Gwen I cannot imagine a Darwin Sunset looking so washed out either..

Gail I think my pink ones look better than this one I hope the flowers do get darker as the plant gets bigger it only Y shaped yet and about 85 cms tall..

From all I've read on Plumeria they do get a deeper colour with age.

Time will tell Gwen I will let you know I did not have time to look today, there are only about three buds on that stem/branch and the other branch has no flower buds on it at all so I may have to wait till next year..

Yes been watching the bush fires still so many burning there.
