Well my half time 19 hour week last week was 37hours plus about 10 hours rugby. Worked two Saturdays in a row Havn't been to the gym for over a week but did get into garden for a few hours yesterday avo. Today got up went and did my own grocery shopping, took it home unpacked it put it away, then got changed for work went and picked up 300 sausages which I delivered to the club fridge, then went and bought dozen loaves of bread and headed into work ..busy few hours, headed home picked up kids headed to club for rugby registrations, we had a couple of the Crusaders visit (Cory Flynn and Kahn Fotuali'i for those that follow rugby - Corey has been an All Black too), they signed autographs etc, they kicked a ball with the kids, we cooked a bbq while registration was going on, always find it odd making small talk with professional rugby players when I dont really follow the game , then finally home to help oldest son pack for camp and hang washing out that didnt get done earlier...now I need to

Your a noisy drinker Richard I'll share a coffee with you but the not sure how good the conversation will be until that first cup goes down...

Yawn... morning. It's hard to wake up properly when it is still dark in the morning. That's better Richard, your drinking has improved a lot Enjoy your day.

Not good Tessa, hope it wasn't self-inflicted BTW, I didn't really like your little green Chucky... I just took a mouthful of banana when I realised what it was doing
