if they don't they're weeds.

At this time of year I dream of quiet and coffee breaks, I reckon I have done about 9 hours rugby stuff in the last two days, its probably averaging couple of hours a day at the moment Had a schmooze evening tonight with the local councillors, went well and could be worth alot of $ to the club but so stressful as I was the doing the speaking, and they were taking notes then we did Q & A now I am shattered and going to crawl into bed after a last cuppa Thanks god I only work full time. On the upside I hadnt been in the garden for a few days cos its been wet and Ive been busy and had a yummy big broccoli harvest, wish I could remember what kind it was, planted it last autumn, and it is still sprouting nice big sprouts nearly a year later......I think it was one I bought as a seedling from garden centre, I am not going to pull it out until it stops but it is showing now signs of stopping. Grapes are ripening, apples are yummy, harvested my first and only so far cucumber, plenty of toms and lettuce.

A good year is when more things get harvested than die!

Trying to wake up onto second cup up tea, made it myself as husband away travelling again for work, yes I saw Cheryl said soccer and has a wee chuckle to myself - the "rugby blokes" I committee with would be horrified LOL Will anybody notice if I crawl back to bed, raining again. Maybe today is a good day for sowing some more seeds of some sort....

Ok, I slept in until 4.40 but had a lousy night's sleep... only on my first cup so far. There is no way I would sprint to the computer in the morning... more like stagger

I'm more a morning person than a night owl but if I haven't slept well, which happens regularly lately, I often take a while to wake up properly... the first pic on this topic looks about right ... takes at least two cups of coffee to clear the head

Cheryl, I'm thinking of you sitting there at "work" checking the forums, reading the paper, watching tv, going through the bins looking for good stuff...
