Ed gave me this succulent a while ago and it has just flowered. I think it is a stapelia but no idea what sort. The flower is only about 1.5 to 2cm across. Does anybody know?

Strange looking flower Gail, very pretty in it's own rights though 
My basic weeding rule: if they grow in rows they're flowers; if they don't they're weeds.

Richard, I have no idea if it has a smell at the moment - I've had sinusitis for the last 3 days and can't smell a thing
