Oh yummy

My basic weeding rule: if they grow in rows they're flowers;
if they don't they're weeds.

then we pig out on them

We get mushrooms in our grass but I am not game enough to eat them
I ate some years ago that I picked in a paddock and was as sick as a dog..
So only eat the supermarket ones now.

You have to know what to look for, the poisonous toadstool mushroom here in NZ have a light yellow colour underneath and the skin on top doesn`t peel off the the eatable kind.

They will be just days away form popping up in the horse paddock over the road.
I can sense some more photos coming up
