Make packing easier, also wouldn't roll of the bench either

Well that's interesting all the same Gail I will be pulling them up soon as I need to grow a green manure crop so I can get the sugarsnap peas in. Oh well the girls will enjoy eating them its such a shame they were not water melons as I was really looking forward to them as homegrowns ones are not so watery and sweeter..
Cheryl the mind boggles..

Pulled up this Melon vine yesterday and got four, one was starting to go rotten.

So I chopped it in half and gave it to the girls they hoed into it It seems more juicy maybe because it was rotten
One a day for them cant have them getting pie eyed on Watermelon Wine can I..

How many fresh bum nuts would you get per day when they are not being lazy old chooks

These four have not got to the *Off the lay Yet* that happens in the Winter. They only had their first birthday this month so are laying very well. Most days there is four brown eggs in the nesting box there is two boxes there but they only use the one

There was 23 there, but I used four for dinner tonight..

They have lucene on the bottom of the nesting boxes and it gets changed regularly and if there is anything on the shell Tony wipes it off with tissues, it does not happen very often when they are young..

That's good Cheryl.. Keep your chin up and enjoy your dinner and try not to worry about things.
