I've had the white ones do it too - it is in a Xmas decoration and now it leans down in an S shape. This is one that one of the kids gave me for mothers day two years ago. When they bought it from the mothers day stall at school it was standing up fine but didn't last the first summer.

Knowledge is knowing a tomato is a fruit, wisdom is knowing not to use it in a fruit salad.

My basic weeding rule: if they grow in rows they're flowers; if they don't they're weeds.

I've tried to straighten others up by heating them but they just broke so I don't worry about it now... as Cheryl says... a good talking point

My candle was a large one - 8 cm across and about 12 cm high - and all that is left of it is the stain on the wood ...

Sorry i cant add a comment about drooping candles, all ours are still laying down side ways in there packets waiting for the day when the power goes out,Jackie(wife)reckons they must be male candles,i get her later,try to ...........................then
Pamela 10mm for you, did it cool things down a bit?
M A it did look quite good on the radar just before i went to bed last last night,it must have petered out...bugger
As for our weather,there a heavy rain warning out for us for 80mm to 120mm which is if we get half of this its but if its like all the forecasted rains that haven`t arrived in the last 6 months its this  |

Yes cooler now. Just burnt grass and 18 mature Manchurian Pears which are black but are still alive. But hey ... it's nothing compared to folk down south.

Great news Richard When I looked at your radar I thought you were all getting more than that but then I realised the colours are different to ours - the yellows and blues are swapped around - yellow here is fairly heavy, blues are light.
