Does anyone know what weed this in,i`ve have been battling this weed for eight years,i`ve tried digging it out but its got a tap root that goes down over a meter.

Sorry I have no idea I thought some kind of bridal weed but the flower is wrong I looked up all the weeds over your way too..
That's a long time to be battling with a weed, why dont you send a close up pic of it to your Primary Industries Dept maybe they will know. have you taken a piece to a Nursery for ID .
What are you spraying it with, when does it flower, is it a creeper, does that purple flower belong to it or the white one top left hand side or are they two different weeds I had been looking for a weed with purple flowers maybe I should have been looking for one with white flowers..
A close up could help..

I think the purple flower looks like a pansy? I don't know what they othet one with the white-ish buds? is, I don't think I have seen one like that. Have you tried looking through this site?

I`ve had this weed I D for me and its Bladder Campian,its one nasty mother of a weed,i have tried to dig it out down to a meter but still came back .Now i have to work out how to try kill this pest |
