This is my recipe...very easy and oh so nice. Lemon Garlic Chicken with Angel Hair pasta
7 or 8 chicken drumsticks Juice of 2 lemons Zest of one lemon ( I don't use zester...I use potato peeler..is quicker) I cup of chicken stock Two Tblspn of olive oil A very generous amount of minced garlic.( I also add more whole cloves...we are garlic lovers here) Salt and black cracked pepper Place drumsticks in baking dish. Place all liquids, salt, pepper and the zest in a screw-top jar, shake, pour over drumsticks. I like to cook the drumsticks till the meat is falling off the bone. I also turn on my oven grill towards the end of cooking...that crisps up the skin on the chicken.
The angel hair pasta I break into 10cm pieces, place in microwave bowl, barely cover with boiling water, zap (uncovered) in the m/wave for approx 3 minutes. Remove when cooked, place lid on bowl, leave for a few minutes...all water shall be soaked up by the pasta...so no need to drain. Serve the lemon garlic chicken with the angel hair and hot crusty rolls. ...very yummo...
As to temps of the oven I set ours at approx 170o...however we have a fan-forced oven..so that may vary...same as the microwave.. it depends on your wattage. We always have leftovers..which are nice cold.

Good, another easy on one to put on the list and sounds like it tastes great
