been using this for awhile now, just the free one chat to chat when on line, I joined up today, 3 months $16.95 unlimited Oz wide to mobiles and landlines, you get a total of 10,000 mins per month, will let you all know how it goes, will have a play when I get home from work, current ph bill av. $100 per months as most friends are not local calls  , will make the boss happy  as part of Co. pay package 
My basic weeding rule: if they grow in rows they're flowers;
if they don't they're weeds.

cheryl...i love skype.
i've never paid a penny, because i only call other people with computers.
my favourite is to video skype. it's so star-trekky.

 yeps but by paying I can use my pooter like a ph, you want my skpye addy, cam PM you, and yeps I have cam built in, too cool hey

I used to use Skype on my computer years ago, trouble is lots of my rellies are not into computers, its sounds like a good deal Cheryl
Do you ring from a handset connected to the computer or from your landline phone..

I will be dialing out from my pooter, you can buy headsets, but will do test run first, and dial the persons ph

It is a good idea for those that can but I either see the people I need to talk to personally as I often see them most days, or they don't have computers. The only ones who would possibly get it would be my brothers... it would have come in handy last night whn my brother from Victoria rang me for my birthday at 9.30pm... I'm glad he was paying for the 91 minute phone call!!!
