Just bought this one the other day, never seen it before. Its leaves are not flat but have depth. They called it Alocasia 'veitchii' or 'veitchia', but I am getting a proper id on this one. The other bonus was that I told him I had some Alocasia macrorrhiza 'Alba Variegata' for sale. He said he would take the lot or swap There is a thread hear on them, so if anyone wants any let me know and I will put them aside for you. Anyway enjoy this beauty...

And the new leaves or young leaves

I'll put my hand up for a piece of Alocasia macrorrhiza 'Alba Variegata'

I like your new one, those wavy? leaves look good.

I'll have to put some pics on of those new ones that I bought a couple of months ago now that they are starting to grow.

I'll get some pics in the next day or so.

How's the storm clean-up going?

Sounds like you are in for a busy time. I'm looking forward to the end of school this week... no more end-of-year school events to go to

Ed, I would like to go on the list after Gail, for Alocasia macrorrhiza
I recon it would be happy in a rainforest in Cape York.
When and if you can send one,Of course I'll pay postage..Pitta.

That is what makes these plants so confusing... so many different forms of the one type... still nice plants though.
