My very first *Don't Laugh*

Captain Charles Louis Hope ... Hibiscus.

Nothing like the pic on the label it is suppose to be a little more yellow.

This looks kind of lime or lemony to me...

My basic weeding rule: if they grow in rows they're flowers;
if they don't they're weeds.

Sounds like a English name to me.. And Male at that..

When I have hibiscus named Pink Fantasia, Orange Flame, Swan Lake, Cuban Variety, Tarantella, Junes Joy, Ritzy that Male name looks so out of place..

Pretty one even with the name... I sometimes wonder what the story is behind the names. I had a look at a hibiscus site and their pic looked very similar in colour to yours - described it as lemony cream with pink eye.

Knowledge is knowing a tomato is a fruit, wisdom is knowing not to use it in a fruit salad.

A ounce of common sense is worth more than a ton of intelligence.

They must have doctored the label in PS as its different to that.

I had to laugh at this it describes it as a larger miniature the jolly flower was easy 16-17 cms wide I wonder just how big a large miniature grows, all of my singles are half that size..
