Without wishing to hijack the topic,the PDR is wonderful as it bobs along the rail of the patio and tumbles down into the inside:





I hope my red pierre ones do as well.

Cheryl,do you have yours in containers at the bottom of each side of the arch?

Oh Gorgeous Michelle..
There is no way I could grow my roses in containers I would be watering them every five minutes, we are in the windy season at present..

My PDR is in the ground, as well.
I saw some climbers that ran over an arch that were planted in 1/2 barrels.One barrell on each side of the arch.
They were like the wooden ones with a metal band around the middle.
It was on a USA site.

I have a plan to get more of mine into the ground.
I will start a new thread for that.
