A couple of callistemons have been flowering. I don't know what sort they are, they were here when we moved here. Both are weeping and have red goldtipped flowers but one has smaller brushes.

When I was taking the pics I had a feeling of being watched from another tree - a Rainbow Lorikeet

We have two esteemed photographers! I'd love to try and join your ranks if I have a moment of time in the day that wasn't committed to a dozen things at the same time ... :-(

Thanks. I am nowhere near as an esteemed photographer as Mary-Anne is and will never be. If any of my photos turn out well I put it down to pure luck I enjoy taking photos though.

Pamela, it's been the same here lately when it comes to time. I had a heap of work to do yesterday but it was one of those days when nothing went right so I just grabbed the camera and went for a walk around the garden - a good way to calm down.
