Acacia concurrens, also commonly known in Qld as black wattle (black wattle is different in other states). Most descriptions have it flowering in late winter but I've always known them to flower in both late winter and late summer. I know when I see them flowering that winter (or summer) is coming. Hairy grubs love them so I avoid wattles when the hairy grubs are around.
