guess what? I have my first potato from this topic way back when

The plants were looking pretty yellow so I thought I'd have a dig and this was right under the top of the soil.
But it's a red potato - ruby lou and this one looks regular. Will it colour up do you think or should I leave the rest of them longer in the ground to go red?

All my friends had a Mr Potato Head but I never did

thanks tessa, well Im getting ready for round two and bought some royal blues today. I found a few really old and gnarly looking things with sprouts just about to come out at the vegie shop LOL so let the planting begin
thee I didnt have one either but here you go, this will make up for it
