My tomatoes barely scraped in at Xmas. Just 4 Yellow Submarine tomatoes were ready, but they were closely followed by a Cherokee Purple, a Toms Yellow Wonder, and today, some Lime Green Salads. After all the work I'd have been really disappointed if nothing had ripened in time.

Richard that's what Tessa is for to help us seem there is something wrong somewhere

If you cannot see Private Messages up the top of the forum like this

Then there is something wrong did you try clicking on the members name on top of the avatar other arrow.

You can also PM and email them by clicking on Members down the bottom of the front page and looking for their name

And if you cannot do that, you have to ask Tessa for Help as there may be some setting wrong, or perhaps some little thing you have done wrong or not done

tessa i grew great white for the first time last year and thats a fantastic tomato also,its like white beauty but larger, i`ve grown it again this season as well.i have seed of both if you or anyone else would like to swap with that big white, i also like the idea of trying Kimberley if someone could spare some seed, going by what you folks have been saying about it, it sounds like a riper of a tomato.

Lovely colour, the Persimmons, aren't they? If I read one of your post right and you still have seeds for that, could I get say even a couple off you, please? I still have all sorts coming on, for instance planted White Beauty and Yellow Pear only yesterday. Have Rouge De Marmande and Anna Russian still just seedlings. Optomistic, aren't I? Or addicted? LOL.

Lots of yummy proddy there MA

My basic weeding rule: if they grow in rows they're flowers;
if they don't they're weeds.

Sorry I feel as though I am taking over your topic..
Here is another pic from that era

I think there were six different varieties in this one..
Don't remember the names but a pale Cherokee purple next to the two Persimmons
